I’ve had some busy event times in my 11 years of planning but this one takes the cake haha

But I love what I do so much that it actually flew by and those long days didn’t feel long 🥹

We popped into Vegas last month for #Shoptalk and

No shortage of branding at the events we plan. 👏🏻

What I've learned in planning events for the past 10 years (going on 11 in May!), that the simplest things are what build up the event to its best.

Yes, anyone can put people in a room, have speakers on stage, and provide f&b. But, when people are torn between 2 events on the same date in the same industry to go to or debating whether to spend their money on, which one will they choose? The one with the basics, or the one that's providing an experience through different elements?

The cups, the seating, the guided breaks, the A/V, the unique food, the lighting, how the speaker sessions are laid out, it all matters.

And, believe it or not, it's actually less expensive than the hotel events you see.
