Austin Zelan, founder of Cashflowpreneur, wanted his event to happen in Miami, on the beach. For Cashflow Live Miami we chose Trump International Beach Resort in Sunny Isles, where the ballroom has floor-to-ceiling windows looking out at the ocean. The program opened with a welcome reception on the sand.

Sessions and an awards ceremony in the ballroom

Guests sat at long draped tables facing the Cashflow Live screen, which read Change Your Financial Future with Austin Zelan. Panels and talks ran from that stage, including one on the benefits of rental arbitrage. The ballroom also held the awards ceremony, where a glass trophy was handed over in front of a screen reading The Zelan.

A yacht party to close the event

For the last event on the schedule, guests boarded a white yacht. They posed on deck with high-rise towers and palm trees behind them, and inside the cabin the dancing started while other guests filmed on their phones.
