Gorgias brought its Connect Roadshow 2026 to Los Angeles, and we turned Playa Studios into a customer experience conference for the day. Guests came in off the parking lot, took their seats for the talks, spent the breaks at the demo station, and finished on happy hour bites and drinks.

Check-in and arrivals at Playa Studios

Guests found their way in from the parking lot, where a freestanding board trimmed in the Connect checkerboard carried the partner logos and a walkway decal pointed them up the steps.

At the doors they checked in with hosts under a tall Connect Check-In sign, then walked a corridor with Hello Los Angeles! set into the floor.

The Connect main stage and panel sessions

They took their seats facing a stage colour blocked in pale blue and tan, with two leather sofas out for the panels and a wide presentation screen behind.

A second, darker room ran sessions of its own under a lit gorgias wordmark.

The demo station and Longshot coffee at Playa Studios

Between sessions guests worked the demo station, where Gorgias account executives walked them through new features at high-top tables. Three TVs above it carried the headings Set the Foundation, Take Action and Scale & Optimize, the last of them running a week by week plan that opened The AI is ready to be trained. Here is what to do this week.

Next to it the lounge sat under an illuminated Gorgias logo, against a gallery wall of framed photographs.

At the Charm Your Bag station guests picked charms and loops of beaded chain, and Longshot Coffee pulled branded lattes from a Gorgias wrapped cart lettered Roadshow 2026.

Catering by Bites and Bashes, then happy hour

Bites and Bashes catered the day. Food was laid out in the lounge, and a Pizzeria cart worked under a pop-up tent in the parking lot.

The day finished on happy hour bites and drinks, with NOMAD Cocktail Co on the bar, and guests carried their cocktails out under the string lights.
