After a day of executive sessions, Gorgias sat its guests down for dinner at a home in the Hollywood Hills.

Round tables on the lawn by the pool

We set dinner outside at round wooden tables with cane-back chairs, black taper candles and white orchids, on the lawn beside the pool. The menu card was sealed with pink wax and wrapped in a band printed with the Gorgias logo.

Hamachi crudo, then a DJ in the living room

The Michelin-star dinner opened with plated hamachi crudo with pickled strawberries and radish, then a bib lettuce salad, before Tasmanian ocean trout and hanger steak came out family style. A DJ played in the living room, where the glass wall opened straight onto the lawn and the dinner tables.

The dinner closed out Gorgias Advisory Day, which began with sessions and a poolside lunch.
