Gorgias Connect NY was the flagship stop on the Gorgias Connect Roadshow 2026, at Blender Space Midtown. We set the main room for the talks and kept the lounge, the coffee counter and the check-in bar open around them, so the customer experience and eCommerce teams who came had somewhere to work between sessions.

The Connect New York main stage
They sat facing three tall checkered panels, the centre one reading Connect New York, with panel discussions running three to five people at a time.
Solo sessions ran from a slim podium at the side, with the Connect New York screen filling the wall behind.
Coffee, cookies and branded tote bags
The lounge stayed open between sessions, with cubes printed Connect and The Intelligence Factory stacked beside low chairs and a screen.
The same design ran across the check-in counter and onto the canvas Gorgias Connect tote bags.
A Hello New York coffee menu stood on a table beside iced Connect cookies, each sealed in its own bag.
