Guests arriving at The Whalies by Triple Whale in Los Angeles were met by a whale tail sculpted from sand.

A stage with navy sofas and bold color

Speakers took navy velvet sofas on the main stage, a panel room ran with clear chairs and Whalies screens, and a pink counter showed off Whalies caps. Outside, The Pod, a blue Triple Whale brand activation, gave guests a place to stand and talk.

A whale tail carved from sand

A sculptor carved the tail and lettered it with The Whalies name and the Triple Whale logo. A sign welcomed guests to the pods to "experience the future with Triple Whale", and the coffee bar asked everyone to grab the cup that described them, from The Optimizer to The Analyst.

Sandwiches, fresh produce and a salad bar

The food ran from artisanal sandwiches and fresh produce to a chef at a cooking station and a salad bar set with Triple Whale plates. Check-in counters were split by last name, and a Whalies photo booth handed out prints.
