Welcome boxes and a printed summit schedule

Each welcome gift came packed in a wooden box: a leather portfolio, a Storyboard notebook, a black insulated bottle and a camo Melin cap. A summit schedule card stood behind the notebook, listing morning workouts, sessions with Ed Calderon, lunch by a private chef and a dinner at The Table at Crestwood. At the house, an infinity pool looked straight out over the mountains.

Battle ropes on the patio and a private chef

Workouts included battle ropes on a stone patio above the trees. The group also went off site, and guests talked in Adirondack chairs on a brick patio beside a stack of firewood. A private chef finished small fried bites on black plates with tweezers, and a long wooden board carried cured meats, cheese, olives and grapes. Drinks came in short glasses, a red one with mint and a cucumber one by the pool.
