Coaches, trainers and performance leaders spent two days with Brett Bartholomew at the Valu(ed) 2-Day Seminar, in a rustic industrial space with exposed brick walls and an open gym floor. The opening screen called it "a step-by-step guide to help you advance your craft, help more people, and secure your future."

Notebooks and resistance bands

Attendees sat in small groups with notebooks and printed handouts, trading ideas between talks. The seminar leaned hard on hands-on training, so the group also moved out to the gym floor for resistance band drills beside racks of kettlebells and yellow slam balls.

Kettlebells and a flip chart

In the kettlebell sessions, people tried new concepts straight away under Brett's guidance. Back at the tables, under a sign reading "Limits exist only in the mind," the presenter leaned in over the groups' notes and worked through ideas on a flip chart against the brick wall.
