Mina Elias, Founder & CEO of Trivium Group, hosted Ecomchella 2023 as a networking event for the e-commerce community, and we gave the day a Coachella theme.
Giant Ecomchella letters and a Fortune Teller sign
From the moment guests stepped through the colorful ECOMCHELLA entrance, it felt like they’d arrived at a festival rather than a networking event. A detailed sign pointed the way to psychic readings, sweets, games, and a hair braiding and glitter bar, inviting everyone to wander around and see what caught their eye. Guests could grab an “I’m With the Band” Bellini and strike a pose beneath the balloons. The playful details gave the e-commerce community something to talk about and plenty of reasons to stay and connect.

Guests wore woven ECOMCHELLA wristbands as a nod to the same wristbands given at Coachella, and drinks came in bright ECOMCHELLA cups with glittery butterfly straws or cactus picks.

Hair braiding and a glitter bar
Stylists braided bright pink and green extensions into guests' hair and makeup artists did guests' glitter makeup.

A 90's candy bar and giant lawn games
A white candy cart on wheels held Baby Bottle Pops, Push Pops, Fun Dip and Ring Pops next to a tray of neon sunglasses. Out on the lawn, guests played a giant block tower game and a giant four-in-a-row, and cups were lined up for an epic game of beer pong.
