At the W Austin, we planned Leveling Up Austin around Neil Patel and Eric Siu, with talks inspired by the Marketing School Podcast and time set aside for networking.

Chevron pillars lit in purple and pink

The stage sat between two large screens, backed by tall white pillars cut with black chevrons and washed in purple, pink and green light. Speakers talked from a pair of cream armchairs or beside a cocktail table while cameras filmed from the back of the room. One of them was Ayman Al-Abdullah, whose Agoge CEO Summit we also planned.

Cube microphones passed through the audience

Questions came from the floor. Guests in lounge chairs and rows of seats asked their questions into white Leveling Up cube microphones, and a flip chart stood by the lounge seating.

A bald eagle, brick walls and hanging pretzels

A handler brought a bald eagle into the session room, and guests stepped up for photos with it. Guests networked at long wooden tables with paper towel rolls and name cards in a brick-walled room, and giant pretzels hung from metal racks. Neil Patel and Eric Siu also hosted Leveling Up Miami 2023 at the Four Seasons.
