We planned MaxWeb Cyprus as an intimate corporate retreat for 40 guests at the Four Seasons in Cyprus, and it kicked off with a welcome party by the pool.
The Welcome Party Details
Big MaxWeb letters floated in the hotel pool while guests gathered on the terrace beside it, sipping drinks from cups printed with the MaxWeb logo. A wooden sign listed signature cocktails named The Affiliate and Bitcoin as a clever nod to our client's company.

After guests said hello and had appetizers, they were invited to sit down at tables adorned with flowers and a hanging chandelier from above. As dusk turned to dark, fireworks lit up the sky for an evening to remember.

Folk dancing in the old town and lunch above the vines
The next day, guests headed into Cyprus wine country. In the historic old town they walked a cobbled street lined with white umbrellas and danced arm in arm with performers in traditional dress. Lunch was at a local winery, on a glass-fronted terrace with young vines growing below.

A CASINO ROYALE sign, blackjack and a champagne tower
For the Casino Royale themed closing dinner, a lit CASINO ROYALE marquee sign hung over red velvet curtains as guests entered. A dealer ran blackjack, a roulette table stood in a wood-panelled room, and coupe glasses rose in a champagne tower. Long tables were set with black cloths, gold chargers, orange taper candles and white roses, and MaxWeb cookies and orange cake pops tied with black ribbon waited under a crystal candelabra.

We also planned the MaxWeb Bucharest Dinner, on a covered deck beside the water.
